Our Complimentary Shipping Service
Shipping method: We use air freight to the U.S., after which local delivery begins.
Your order is handled and delivered by our dedicated sales and delivery team. They take great care to ensure your delivery arrives on schedule, set up your purchased products, provide consultation, and demonstrate how to use them.
Shipping cost: There are no additional shipping fees for the customer.
Delivery time:
Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days.
We arrange a scheduled delivery time that works for you, and our team will set up and demonstrate your products in your home. In most cases, the delivery and demo process takes about 30 minutes, depending on the items you ordered and the type of demonstration required.
The only delivery provider on this shopping website is a courier service.
We do not accept deliveries from other companies.
We do not handle international shipments.
Please note that cancellations cannot be made once the goods have been dispatched.

If your order has not been shipped within one hour of placement, please contact customer service to cancel it.

Delivery may be delayed due to a high volume of orders, temporary stock shortages, or around consecutive holidays. We appreciate your understanding.
If we are unable to reach you because of an incorrect address or prolonged absence at the time of delivery, the package will be returned to us.
